We would favour early involvement in a scheme, as it enables us to add value and prevents abortive work. We have fully qualified architects in house who can complete feasibility studies as part of our service. This initial design will enable us to draw up a project cost estimate and draft programme and is a free service.

The next stages are developed and technical design which would normally include a planning submission to the Local Authority planning department. Our car parks are designed to be fully compliant and value optimised by our talented architects and engineers. We can assist you with as much of this stage (RIBA stages 3 and 4) as required.

From superstructure only to turnkey delivery, specialist subcontractor or main contractor, our committed team of project managers and site professionals ensure quality on-time delivery. We are of course fully Health and Safety compliant including the CDM regulations where we can act as Principal Designer and/or Principal Contractor.

Because our services don’t stop when we hand over the site; our specialist department can devise, cost and implement a maintenance schedule for the future in accordance with IStructE, ICE and BPA recommendations. Our structures are relatively ‘low maintenance’ by design, but as with all car park structures, life-care is an essential process.
